Terms of service

• Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
• Catalogue prices are refreshed regularly and may change without notice. The price on a quote is held for the validity period stated on it.
• Parts priced above $20,000 are sold by quote only.

• An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when our sales team confirms it, and we may decline an order where a part is unavailable or a price was listed in error, in which case you are refunded in full.
• Online orders are limited to 9 units per line. Larger quantities are handled by quote.
• Quotes are prepared from the information you give us. Check part numbers before accepting.

• We accept credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. Bank transfer orders dispatch when funds clear.
• Purchase-order checkout on 30-day terms is available only to approved trade accounts and requires a purchase order number. Overdue accounts may be placed on hold.
• Title to goods passes on payment in full. Risk passes on delivery.

Freight and dispatch times are set out in the shipping policy. Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays by carriers or manufacturers, but we will keep you informed.

Returns are governed by the returns policy. Every part carries a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a part is limited to replacing the part, supplying an equivalent, or refunding its price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including production downtime, except where the law says otherwise. Parts must be installed and operated by suitably qualified people in line with the manufacturer instructions.

• Product data, images and descriptions on this site are provided for buying parts and may not be scraped or reproduced without permission.
• Personal information is handled under our privacy policy.
