Shipping policy

Freight is charged per order and depends on the delivery state and the number of units. GST is added to freight.

NSW, ACT, QLD

$35 base per order

All other states and territories

$40 base per order

Multi-unit orders

A small per-unit increment on the base rate, capped at $55 for orders over $200 and $45 for orders over $500

Free freight

Orders over $999.00 ex GST

The cart shows the exact charge once a delivery state is known, and the quote or order confirmation states it before you pay.

• Stocked lines ordered before 2pm AEST on a business day dispatch the same day from Brisbane or Perth.
• Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and Queensland public holidays, dispatch the next business day.
• Parts with a lead time shown on the listing dispatch when they arrive from the manufacturer. We email you when they leave.
• Bank transfer orders dispatch once funds clear.

• We deliver Australia-wide to street addresses. Freight is by road or air courier depending on size, weight and destination.
• A tracking link is emailed at dispatch. You can also check status with your order number on the tracking page.
• Large or heavy items may need a forklift or a signature on delivery; we confirm this before dispatch.
• Dangerous goods and items that cannot travel by air are sent by road and may take longer.

Check the consignment on arrival and note any damage with the carrier. Tell us within 2 business days of delivery at info@sparesconnect.com.au or 07 3340 5114 with your order number and photos, and we arrange a replacement or credit.
